We stayed at Tuckaway for a long weeekend & had a great experience! Danny is so nice & easy to work with! The cabin is very clean, neat, & located in such a quiet area, but still very convenient. The yard is large with many shade trees. We plan to return as soon as we can! It was a wonderful anniversary weekend! Stephen & ChristyRecommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, adventure seekers.

My daughter and I stayed for three nights over Memorial day weekend to hike in the area. Daniel, the homeowner, met us when we arrived. The home has two bedrooms and one bath - perfect for a family. Also have a pullout bed in the living room if needed. The home was very well stocked with kitchen and bathroom items, games and activities. The kitchen overlooks the living and dining room areas. A lot of care was put into preparing the home, keeping it clean and focused on the guests. The home sits on a large, quiet, private lot very close to downtown Brevard - two minutes. It is ten minutes from the entrance to the Pisgah Forest National Park. Absolutely perfect location. Overall I was thoroughly impressed. We have stayed in VRBO homes in several areas and this home was as good or better than all - location, value, cleanliness, amenities, and comfort. I highly recommend this property. The pictures really don't do the home justice. Daniel - thanks for everything! Great place! My husband and I wanted a quiet weekend away and found Tuckaway. What a beautiful place. Spacious enough to take our our kids and our grandkids when we go back. Beautiful view from the back deck. We travel a good bit and have stayed at many Bed and Breakfasts and Inns. Tuckaway offers more space and privacy than any of these. Alot for the money! We give it 5 stars!
